Service Policy

Please read our entire policy prior to making a purchase.


After making a design service purchase, you will receive a consultation and service agreement within 1-3 business days. All required documents, wording, and images must also be sent to in order for your design and turnaround time to begin.

If you need more time to complete the consultation and send what's needed to complete your project, please let us know by sending an e-mail to after your purchase and we will accommodate you. 



For Custom Designs: You will be emailed within 1-3 business days after purchase for your consultation and service agreement completion. You will also receive an order confirmation immediately following your purchase.

For Instant Downloads/DIY Content: Your product(s) will be immediately available for download after purchase. You will receive the downloadable file via e-mail and have the option to download directly from our website. You will also receive an order confirmation immediately following your purchase.



Each design service has its own design timeframe, which can be found in the service description. 

PLEASE NOTE: In most cases, the first design drafts will be sent for review within the timeframe given for your design project. Your design timeframe does not include any revisions. Revisions can take 1-3 business days which may cause your final approved design to be delivered after the said timeframe. Turnaround time is subject to change at anytime, and can be delayed in unforeseen circumstances. Although rare, our contract does allow up to 90 days for your design project to be completed.

Your design turnaround starts on the business day following your completion of the design consultation form and after we have received all required materials to complete your project.


Communication is to take place via e-mail. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response. DMs on social media get answered only after we have cleared our pending e-mails. For a quicker response time, please e-mail vs sending a direct message to the owner, Kendall. Kendall's direct email will become available to you once all required items have been submitted.

Contact will not be made outside of these business hours unless necessary. 



We do not provide refunds for any reason.



You have 2 free minor revisions per design project. You do have the option to purchase additional revisions. Minor revisions consist of  changes, like color, image placement, menu organization, and font changes. On average, minor revisions can take 1-3 business days. 

Once a design has been approved and final drafts have been sent, free revisions are no longer valid. 

Please Note: Minor revisions are not a chance to get an entirely new or second design

Major revisions consist of changes, like a completely new concept, layout, and design. Major revisions are if/when the Client asks the Designer to completely or almost completely scrap the presented design and start over. Major revisions are 40% of the total project cost.


*We have the right to post all designs once completed for the purpose of showcasing past work. The client will otherwise own all rights to the designs once final files have been approved and sent.
